Hodinkee has been offering up a wide range of watch straps for quite sometime but they’ve just introduced two new lines to the mix: Italian-made crocodile dress straps and kangaroo leather NATOs. The glossy croc straps come in 18mm and 20mm options, both available in black, dark brown, and honey brown. The glazed skin shines and holds color well though you can expect the edges to break in a bit over time. The kangaroo NATOs are ethically sourced from Australia and made right here in the US. They’re a great alternative to the nylon NATOs that we’ve seen and even the thicker, heavier leather NATOs on the market. These are super thin but feature an extremely dense grain, making it durable and resistant to stretching. They’re available in black and dark brown, both of which are unlined and extremely comfortable.
The Italian-made crocodile straps are available now in limited quantities for $225 from Hodinkee, while the kangaroo leather straps can be pre-ordered now for $85.
