Once again, our friends at Hodinkee have partnered with Drake’s of London for a limited run of neckwear and accessories, this time giving us a new tie and pocket square. Both pieces are of the highest quality, as you’d expect from any Drake’s offering. The handmade knit tie now comes in navy with white polka dots as it pulls inspiration from the Tudor Heritage Black Bay Blue. When you pair the textured silk knit with modern hand-knit dots, the result is a tie that’s really versatile and timeless as well. The Genta pocket square pays homage to the work of Gerald Genta, one of the most influential men in all of watches. He’s the man behind the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak and Patek Philippe Nautilus, so naturally, Hodinkee used the shape of their trademark bezels to create the pattern you see on the square. It’s made in Italy of a wool / silk blend that results in a soft weave ideal for both casual and formal settings. The necktie is limited to just 50 pieces while the pocket square’s only available in 75 runs, both of which are available now through Hodinkee’s online store.
