Ghurka is celebrating 200 years of service with a limited edition range of products. The G200 also marks the brand’s 40th anniversary. A quarter of the proceeds from the sale of items will be donated to the Ghurka Welfare Trust which aims to financially and medically assist Ghurka veterans.
The limited edition collection features only 35 styled bags which will all be numbered. The bags are wrapped in green wool with regimental red linings that pay a tribute to the uniforms worn by the Ghurka troops. The ‘Officer’s Field Set’ forms the centerpiece of the collection and consists of two American oak folding field chairs upholstered with green wool, a field blanket, a field umbrella, and leather pillows. The accessories can be stored inside the vegetable tanned aniline leather trunk which has been sized to fit the trunk of a standard car.
