Land Rover’s Heritage Driving Experience is made for all you off-road enthusiasts. The program was launched at Land Rover’s test center at Fen End, Warwickshire in the West Midlands of England and gives members of the public a chance to test drive some of Land Rover’s legendary vehicles. The new UK facility also has a range of exhibits and a merchandise store.
A number of experiences are available based on the company’s history. The vehicles offered include the Series I, the original Range Rover, and a military-spec 101 Forward Control 4×4. There are different packages tailored to suit your needs, and professional instructors are also available to give direction and tell you interesting facts and anecdotes.
The packages include the following: The Series I, II or III Vs Modern Defender; Land Rover Historic Drives; Range Rover Then & Now; and Land Rover – The Collection. The last mentioned package is a full experience that incorporates all of the brand’s key models from the 1940s up until today.
