‘Mississippi Grind’ tells the story of a gambling addict called Gerry who convinces Curtis, a younger gambler, to be his lucky charm and go on a high stakes road trip with him. The film follows the pair’s unlikely friendship and the trouble they get themselves into along the way.
The comedy-drama was directed and written by Ryan Fleck and Anna Boden. It stars Ryan Reynolds as Curtis in what is rumored to be his best performance to date, along with co-stars Ben Mendelsohn as Gerry, Sienna Miller as Simone, and Analeigh Tipton as Vanessa.
Mississippi Grind hits the theaters on the 25th of September.
