KITH Launches Military-Inspired ‘KITH Ops’ Collection

KITH-Ops-Collection-00

KITH will be launching a new military-inspired collection, aptly called ‘KITH Ops.” The KITH Ops collection takes its inspiration from the hardy, durable uniforms worn by World War II armies, some examples of which were retrieved by KITH fonder Ronnie Fieg from Japan.

For the collection, KITH developed a new washing technique to achieve the faded, war-torn aesthetic. Both tops and bottoms are constructed either from heavily-washed cotton ripstop or chemical-washed terry. A few outerwear collaborations with Nishikawa also punctuate the lineup.

The collection also features four footwear collaborations with Filling Pieces and Fracap’s, with an all-new Filling Pieces silhouette – the RF-Mid II – heading the lineup. The KITH Ops collection will be available tomorrow (Nov 13), 11AM at KITH Manhattan (644 Broadway), KITH Brooklyn (233 Flatbush Ave.), and KithNYC.com.
