The Kuberg Free-Rider is a Lightweight, Powerful Electric Bike

The Kuberg Free-Rider Electric Motorbike-01

Kuberg, makers of electric motorcycles, has released their newest creation to round out the year: The Kuberg Free-Rider. At under 80 pounds, the Free-Rider is designed to be among the lightest, yet most durable, electric bikes out there. It’s powered by a 22 AH battery pack that lets it run at full speed for up to an hour, at a charge time of only 2.5 hours. Its lightweight carbon-fiber frame, long-travel suspension, and Creepy Crawler tires lets riders conquer most any terrain.

In a smart move, the Free-Rider also has a Wi-Fi dongle that lets you pair it with your smart device. Its app keeps you updated on battery life and lets you control/monitor functions and track and share your rides. The Kuberg Free-Rider looks like it handles really easily, so even beginners will get the hang of it fairly quickly. Watch it in action in the video below, and head over to the Kuberg website to find a dealer near you. (Price: US$3,999)
