Nintendo to Bring Back the NES This Fall

Nintendo NES

Nintendo has just announced that it is bringing back the NES. First released in 1983, this beloved game console will make its return this fall. The new NES Classic Edition will be a miniature version of the original and comes with 30 preloaded games, including iconic classics such as PAC-MAN, Super Mario Brothers, Donkey Kong, and the Legend of Zelda. In a statement made by the Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime, he made it clear that Nintendo seeks to appeal to classic gamers, hoping they will “rediscover why they fell in love with Nintendo in the first place. The Nintendo Entertainment System: NES Classic Edition is ideal for anyone who remembers playing the NES, or who wants to pass on those nostalgic memories to the next generation of gamers”. The official release date of the NES is November 11th and it will be priced at $60 USD.
