Debuting at Monterey Car Week, the Agera XS can be seen as a more toned-down version of Koenigsegg’s 1,160 horsepower XR hypercar. This down-to-earth road-legal model comes in a stunning “Karosserie Orange” diamond-dusted metallic, which makes the sleek vehicle stand out in any location. There are also numerous carbon fiber details throughout the XS, especially on the rear-wing, which is the largest we’ve ever seen on any of the Swedish manufacturer’s models. It also possesses features that were never available on the RS, such as Apple CarPlay, a hydraulic lifting system, and smart airbags. Despite being road-legal, fans of Koenigsegg’s cars will be pleased to find out that the 1,160-horsepower 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine and seven-speed paddle shift transmission seen in the XR will also appear in the XS. Monterey Car Week runs from August 15th to the 21st, so make sure to check it out if you’re in town.
