World famous fashion designer Tom Ford has just put his beautiful Tadao Ando-designed luxury Santa Fe ranch on the market for an incredible $75 million. The Cerro Pelon ranch sits on 20,662 acres of New Mexico soil and features two private compounds, with the main residence hovering above a reflecting pool and housing a horse barn with eight stalls. Linear and angular architecture, which the residence boasts, is complemented by the smoother frames of the indoor and outdoor riding arenas. Renowned design-build firm Marmol Radziner also contributed to the project with its addition of four separate staff quarters and two private guest houses. They also “designed and built the separate ranch manager’s headquarters to seamlessly blend with Ando’s designs [which] includes a sophisticated home, a professional detached office building, and ample horse facilities.” An air strip and hangar can be found on the property, offering a convenient way of directly traveling to and accessing the property.
