This $16.3 Million Triplex Penthouse At New York City’s The Bryant Just Hit The Market

The Bryant, architect Sir David Chipperfield’s first-ever residential project, is nearing completion as it rises over Bryant Park and the first of only two penthouses has just been listed for sale. HFZ Capital Group is crafting a magnificent 34-story, 57-residence building in one of New York City’s most iconic areas, with 50% of the residences already sold with doors opening later this year. And the triplex half-floor penthouse covers over 4,000 square feet, has three bedrooms and three full baths as well as two powder rooms. 11-foot ceilings and signature terrazzo flooring are seen throughout the interior while there’s also a full sized windowed prep kitchen with its own entrance and radiant heated flooring throughout. The entertaining level also features a Red Jasper marble fireplace that rises into the master bedroom. The master bedroom’s got its own limitless list of splurges, including a dressing room, a windowed bathroom, and a hand-carved solid marble freestanding tub.

With the penthouse come uncompromising south, east, and west views which include a clean look at the Empire State Building. There’s also 1,300 square feet of outdoor space across a double-height loggia and private roof terrace with adjacent solarium, wet bar and powder room included. The private interior elevator serves both interior floors and the roof terrace.

A yet-to-be-announced hotel from the architects behind The NoMad and Crosby Street Hotel is also slated to be opening at the base of the building, giving owners at The Bryant a full suite of a la carte hotel services.

Penthouse B of The Bryant is listed for $16,300,000 and is slated for a Fall 2017 availability. Check it out in the gallery above and head to thebryantnyc.com to learn more.
