This woven cloth belt from A.P.C. is looking like a great summer accessory as it’s got some fine detailing that will surely kick your outfit up a notch. The navy finish sits well against the suede accents and polished gold hardware.
French label A.P.C. has an amazing S/S ’11 collection and we’re not talking just denim. Their Retro Jacket happens to be one of my personal favorites as it’s lightweight, cut slim and has some great details. The style’s reminiscent of a classic denim jacket without the heavy denim, with a strong Oxford cloth taking its place instead.
A.P.C.’s looking to deliver some well-crafted, timeless pieces for the spring and they’ve most certainly succeeded with this military-style parka. It features a silky cotton shell, a removable hood with round cotton drawstring, and zippered closure with snapping storm flap.
The A.P.C. parka comes in military khaki as well as tobacco.
Looking for a legit weekender that’s not too bulky but still has enough room for all your essentials and then some? Look no further than this suede leather weekend bag from A.P.C. It’s got one big pocket and a few smaller gadget pockets on the inside, which really slims down the entire silhouette. The contrasting brown leather handles compliment the bag really well.
Inventory Magazine drops this photo editorial taking place in the great outdoors. The shots were captured by Justin Hollar and styling was done by Tyler Wray. Some great items are featured from a handful of notable brands including Penfield, Opening Ceremony, A.P.C. and Yuketen.
A.P.C. is known for their clean-cut, minimalistic approach to design and this piece fits into their lineup really well. I’ve personally got a couple oxfords in my closet but this one just stoodout due to its fine details. The shirttail hemline’s slightly curved and though we’re used to seeing cream buttons on oxfords, especially in this color, A.P.C. has swapped out the generic ones with pearlized, blue ones. Nice touch.
Highlight pieces from APC‘s fall collection include more than just their iconic denims. They’ve got plenty up their sleeves like this cord jacket. It’s got a slimmer cut and crafted with the utmost attention to detail, both practices we’ve come to expect from the French label.
This season, look for select retailers to be carrying the ‘Madras’ collection from French label A.P.C. Their set of scarves is a highlight from the lineup as both pieces are made of a light checkered fabric that’s good for the coming months.
Selectism turns us to the A.P.C.‘s lineup of accessories for Spring/Summer 2010, giving us all of which we’ve come to expect from the French label. “APC have never been one to reinvent the wheel. Their new accessories collection continues that tradition, choosing small tweaks over grand statements. Bags are made in new materials instead of new shapes; preppy striped ties, lightweight scarves and belts galore.”
From A.P.C. comes this faux fur hunting cap with blue black and rust accents. Blackbird couldn’t put it better than we could. “This punked up riff on the woodsman’s go-to winter hat has a black YKK zippered stash pocket above the left eyebrow, a gray blue shoelace chinstrap tie, and contrasting drab brown faux fur flap lining. It looks like it’s by far the best garage sale find ever, but it’s made to A.P.C.’s standards so you know it’ll wear better than the standard Good Will throwaway will. Enjoy looking like a cross between the king of all Gypsies and Kurt Cobain’s ghost this winter.”
