Nigel Cabourn’s Everest jacket takes inspiration from the expeditions of climber Edmund Hillary and his climb of Mount Everest back in 1953. The parka’s made in Yorkshire and filled with goose down while the body is made from waterproof breathable Ventile fabric. It also features fur lining around the hood and button front closure for added insulation. The navy finish shown above is exclusive to Superdenim and available now.
I think the author means Edmund Hillary, not Edmund Henry. Nice jacket either way.
