Team BlackSheep has released a video that shows one of their long-range air drones flying over Dubai as it captures some stunning sights of the marveling city. All iconic landmarks are captured including The Palm Island, downtown Dubai with its modern Metro, the tallest building in the world Burj Khalifa as well as the Burj Al Arab. Team BlackSheep offers a range of air drone products, with their TBS Discovery Pro on display here. It sports a fully stabilized camera gimbal and is heralded as one of the most powerful, compact, robust and versatile “take anywhere” quadrocopter on the market. One of the biggest differentiators is the team’s ability to offer a recording range of up to 3km or even 10km if you’re feeling adventurous. This is really what allowed them to capture Dubai in its entirety, even taking it to the top of the Burj Khalifa as previously mentioned. Most drones peak out at about 160-170 feet.
