From online publication Business of Fashion comes the 2014 edition of their annual BoF 500. These are the folks shaping the global fashion industry, with members ranging from media and the creative class to designers and executives. This year’s 500 were compiled by asking last year’s industry leaders who they thought was worthy of inclusion. After compiling a database of over 2,000 people, the BoF team narrowed it down to 500, which represent 55 nationalities in 40 countries. The eight categories are Designers, Executives, Retailers, Models & Muses, Fashion 2.0, The Creative Class, Media and Catalysts. Standouts from the list include NowFashion.com’s Jessica Michault, GQ’s Jim Nelson, Anna Wintour, Tommy Ton, and many more.
