J.Crew’s ongoing relationship with New Balance has been the source of some amazing collaborative efforts. Now, New Balance has allowed their iconic 1982 original 990 sneaker to be reworked, the first time that’s ever happened. J.Crew is introducing the 990 V.1 Pack in two exclusive colorways, both of which will be available in limited numbers. Both the Indigo Flame and Cobblestone finishes swap the original nylon mesh with suede uppers. You’ll have to act quick on these J.Crew x New Balance 990 sneakers when they’re released at the Liquor Store in New York and the Men’s Shop at Copley Place in Boston at 10AM EST on 3/7. After that, the sneakers will be available from 3/11 onwards in select stores Boston, Brooklyn, Chicago, Honolulu, LA, NYC, San Francisco, Washington D.C., Hong Kong, London as well as jcrew.com.
