BMW Introduces Special Edition 2016 435i ZHP Coupe

435i Coupe ZHP Edition

BMW has released details for a 2016 BMW 435i ZHP Coupe, a limited-production special-edition vehicle that pays tribute to the original ZHP. Only 100 cars will be offered.

According to BMW, the 435i ZHP Coupe will come with improved optics and aerodynamics along with more precise handling. An exclusive chassis, aerodynamic cockpit and powertrain components will be part of the new vehicle. The track handling package was designed to increase the capabilities of the already-agile BMW 45i by adding 18-inch Orbit Grey V-Spoke Wheels, M Sport Brakes, Adaptive M Suspension and Variable Speed Steering. The performance enhancements include BMW M Performance Limited Slip Differential, the BMW M Performance Engine Kit and BMW M Performance Exhaust, which reduces the car’s weight by almost nine pounds. The vehicle will also boast the M Sport Package, which is comprised of the front and rear aerodynamic kit, aluminum hexagon trim with a black high-gloss accent and an M Sport steering wheel.

Production on the 435i ZHP Coupe will begin in July. The limited-edition vehicles will be available through selected BMW M Centers in either a Sport Automatic 8 speed or a 6-speed manual transmission. It will be available in two colors — Alpine White or Black Sapphire Metallic.
