Italian carmarker Ferrari recently unveiled a reworked Ferrari California T at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, and it was meant to showcase the near-limitless personalization options available to anyone who orders their own Ferrari. The spotlight was particularly on the upholstery, a state-of-the-art synthetic material made exclusively for Ferrari. Called Mycro Prestige, this new fabric material is less than 1mm thick, and is much lighter than leather, but is flameproof and water-resistant, while at the same time porous and breathable. The rest of the Ferrari California T on display is just as refined as you’d expect. It sports a three-layer Bianco Italia paint job, with two dark-blue stripes creating some asymmetry up front. It’s also dressed up with 20-inch forged alloy wheels painted silver and blue, and its interiors are likewise done in white and blue. Not a detail overlooked, folks.
