Y-3 presented its footwear range for spring 2016 at the Lycée Carnot during Paris Fashion Week. The sneakers form part of the 3 Stripes in Motion collection. The collection and its name was inspired by the human body in motion, therefore the shoes promote activity and were designed as comfortable activewear. The four sneaker range includes a Qasa High trainer in a clean white colorway, a heritage hi-top made of mixed materials and a rubber Tubular outsole, a bootie constructed of technical knit fabrics with overlaying criss-crossed leather panels that wrap around the foot, and a new Kyujo model offered in a low top or mid-top style.
