LVC’s Latest Collection Celebrates Longstanding Relationship with Cone Mills

Levi’s Vintage Clothing has released their newest Fall/Winter 2015 collection, entitled “The Golden Handshake.” The name pays homage to the original 1915 agreement, which settled that the Cone Mills factory would have exclusive rights to manufacture Levi’s proprietary Shrink-to-Fit denim for the production of the iconic 501’s.

Today, 100 years later, Cone Mills still manufactures the style exclusively at the original White Oak, Greensboro factory. “The Golden Handshake” replicates the original 501, alongside other reproductions from Levi’s 1915 catalog.
