COS has opened a popup store in Downtown Los Angeles, teaming up with Daniel Arsham and Alex Mustonen of Snarkitecture to come up with an extremely minimalist, streamlined design that the Scandinavian apparel brand has become known for. The popup store is fittingly located in Austere, where the existing industrial space has temporarily been transformed into a COS shop, with a floor-to-ceiling mirror dividing the space into two nearly identical, monochromatic halves.
The COS x Snarkitecture Pop-up offers a carefully curated selection of COS’s Fall/Winter collection, and will be open until Nov 15. This has been the second COS x Snarkitecture collaboration this year, the first being in Milan during last April’s Salone del Mobile. The new popup in Austere is a sign that there’s more to come from this classy collaboration.
