Godzilla is set to return to the big screen in next year’s Godzilla Resurgence. In the first-ever Godzilla Resurgence trailer, we see chaotic scenes on Japanese streets, with people running away in a panic from… something. We’re presuming it’s either Godzilla himself or the ‘bad guy’ monster. In any case, the cinematography in the trailer is similar to the panicky, nauseating style used in Cloverfield, so if you liked that movie, you’ll probably love this one.
Godzilla Resurgence is set to hit theaters on July 29, 2016. Until then, enjoy the first Godzilla Resurgence trailer below.
