From New York-based Aimé Leon Dore comes their S/S 2016 collection which just hit their online store. Titled “Kingston,” inspiration for this season’s lineup comes from Reggae photographer and writer Beth Lesser who’s best known for documenting the rise of Jamaican culture in the 1980s. There are thirty-six total pieces here, mixing in a range of tops, bottoms, and outerwear. Japan-milled fabrics are used throughout, with the production taking place here in New York City. Standout pieces include a shawl-collared trench coat, soft tees, and a tan-colored cotton knit hoodie. The lookbook can be seen in the gallery above with the pieces available for purchase now through Aimé Leon Dore’s online store.
