From Philadelphia-based brand American Trench comes their iconic Navy trench coat reworked in a khaki finish. As you might expect, it’s made right here in the US out of 100% cotton Ventile Cloth. Ventile’s fabric is woven in the same British factory since 1943 and was originally used to make flight suits for WWII fighter pilots. Its resistance builds as it gets wetter, ensuring protection from the rain, no matter how heavy the downpour. It’s got plaid lining throughout the interior, custom woven for American Trench in North Carolina. There’s even a detachable hood that you can tuck away in a dedicated interior pocket when not in use. It’s got a modern fit and is versatile enough to work with suits or more casual options.
American Trench’s Khaki trench coat is available now through their online store.
