Richard Clarkson Studio has developed the prototype for it’s latest innovation “The Cloud.” Specializing in experimental product, lighting & furniture, the New Zealand based studio has created an interactive bluetooth speaker and lighting system, emulating the sounds of thunder and various lightning patterns. “The Cloud” houses sensors which allow it to adapt to its environment. The current model is powered by grounded wires, but the company is working on a solution to have the cloud levitate using magnets, allowing for a truly unique in-home experience.
