Last year DJI, the leading drone manufacturers, released the widely-successful Phantom 4 drone. The Chinese company isn’t settling for complacency, however. In September we witnessed DJI’s drive for innovation in the highly-portable ‘Mavic Pro’ product, and now we see that same drive embodied in the updated Phantom 4 Pro. The Pro model features the FlightAutonomy system, just over 4 miles of control range, speeds of up to 31 mph, and five-direction obstacle sensing technology. The drone also boasts a 1-inch, 20 mp camera sensor that can capture 4K video at 60 fps. On top of the onboard technology the drone houses, the controllers also receive an updated 5.5” 1080p screen. The Phantom 4 Pro can be purchased for $1,499 via the DJI online shop. You can watch the product’s introductory video here, which showcases the drone’s full potential.
