Introducing the Range Rover Velar SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition, the most luxurious and performance-focused Velar to date. Power comes from a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 engine that’s churning out 550hp and 502 lb./ft. of torque. Blend this with the high-performing SV calibration for the eight-speed Quickshift transmission and we get a 0-60 mph time of just 4.3 seconds. And if the Velar didn’t already have striking presence, exterior edits deliver an even more aggressive stance courtesy of aerodynamic and cooling-focused enhancements. Lightweight 21-inch forged wheels come standard while there’s also the option for 22-inch wheels with a diamond-turned finish design. Needless to say, the 2018 World Car Design of the Year winner is even more deserving of the crown now.
Inside, we get quilted, perforated and twin-stitched leather upholstery, a new sports steering wheel and knurled aluminum infotainment controllers. Knurled finishing can be found on the exterior as well, specifically the lettering on the hood and tailgate. Interiors can be crafted with four color combinations (Ebony, Cirrus, Vintage Tan and Pimento) to be features on the SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition’s standard 20-way adjustable heated and cooled performance front seats. An optional carbon fiber pack for the interior features a distinctive steel weave, while sports pedals and illuminated metal treadplates with ‘Range Rover’ script finish things off.
The SVAutobiography Dynamic is also the only Velar available in Satin Byron Blue, a metallic paint finish from Special Vehicle Operations’ Premium Palette range that will absolutely turn heads. Five other exterior color options include Firenze Red, Santorini Black, Eiger Grey, Fuji White, and Indus Silver.
