Girard-Perregaux and Bamford Watch Department Introduce Laureato Ghost, A Modern Rework of the Classic Watch

Watchmaker Girard-Perregaux has collaborated with customization house Bamford Watch Department to rework its classic 1975 Laureato watch. The ‘Laureato Ghost’ delivers a modern, if not futuristic, take on the watch while ensuring its just as much of a GP Laureato today as it was 45 years ago. The 38mm shell’s coated in technical white ceramic and boasts scratch and stain resistant properties. The case and bracelet both feature satin and polished surfaces.

Inside the Girard-Perregaux is a self-winding Calibre GP03300-0139 movement, featuring intricate detailing and high-end finishes, including circular graining, Côtes de Genève motif, bevelling, engraving and snailing.

Limited to just 45 pieces, see more of the Girard-Perregaux x Bamford Laureato Ghost in the gallery and look for it exclusively through Dover Street Market.
