Bell & Ross Limited Edition BR 03-92 Diver Military Watch

This year we’ve seen green dials appear more frequently throughout the watch industry, and verdant versions of popular classic watches are appearing all over the place. Bell & Ross, the Paris-based tool watch specialist, have joined the trend with their newest release, the limited edition BR 03-92 Diver Military watch. Instead of just adding green to a current design, they’ve enhanced their previous concept to create a solid watch with a stylish cockpit instrument design motif. The result is on-brand with their current offerings while also delivering on the demand.

The square case of the BR 03-92 Diver Military watch is made with a matte black ceramic finish, making it a tough yet lightweight option. It helps to showcase the military cockpit instrument theme that is the driving force behind this line. The rounded corners, four accent screws, and beveled edge stand out thanks to the flat finish and look great against the new dial. While the coin edge dive bezel may look incredibly thin, it provides an easy-to-use solution for any wearer while also offering a 300-meter depth rating.

The BR 03-92 Diver Military offers a combination of an aviation instrument and dive watch, and the dials offer more diving functionality than previous models. While earlier models have featured bright orange hour hands and bronze finishes, the focus here is on creating a functional yet stylish device. You’ll find the rounded applied diver indices and baton handset are finished in matte black, and the lume fill is white to contrast with this. The dial surface features a matte khaki tone, keeping with the military theme of the device yet still making it streetwear-appropriate. Finally, the 4:30 round date window offers a dial-matching date wheel with the numerals printed lightly.

The watch uses the Sellita SW300-1 based BR-CAL.302 automatic movement for its power, offering 38 hours of power reserve when used at a 28,800 bph beat rate. Each watch will arrive with a choice of two straps, one made from a simple black rubber material. The second option is a modern fabric strap in a khaki green shade, keeping with the military theme of the watch.

This is one of the brand’s most complete watches to date, but only 999 examples of this model will be produced. The Bell & Ross BR 03-92 Diver Military is available now from authorized retailers with the MSRP for this piece coming in at $4,500.
