Levi’s x HUMAN MADE Collaborate on Jean and Trucker Jacket Capsule

Levi’s has launched its latest collaboration with HUMAN MADE. With HUMAN MADE founder NIGO being a serious collector of Levi’s denim and a streetwear pioneer, he’s developed a special Levi’s x NIGO collaboration that showcases a past-meets-present design approach.

For Spring 2022, the collaboration infuses modern recreations with classic Levi’s silhouettes and a traditional Japanese feel. NIGO has created stitch-by-stitch replicas of two of his favorite pieces –  the 1944 Levi’s 501 Jeans and a Levi’s 506 Trucker Jacket. Both pieces were made in Japan and featured in one of NIGO’s campaigns shot at the historic Eirakukan Kabuki Theater in Japan.

The reimagined jeans feature classic 501 details and come in a 15-ounce Japanese shrink-to-fit selvedge denim. It carries the Levi’s Red Tab and the iconic arcuate back pocket stitching.

Made with pre-shrunk 15-ounce Japanese selvedge denim, the collab’s jacket is embroidered with the HUMAN MADE logo and their famous “Gears for futuristic teenagers” tag line. This comes with a Levi Strauss & Co. logo in Levi’s® red.

The iconic HUMAN MADE duck was also revamped for the collection. The duck will appear to be in flight and embroidered on the back pocket of every Levi’s jean. It also has a small red tip on the right wing as a nod to the classic Levi’s Red Tab.

Both pieces are presented with Levi’s x HUMAN MADE co-branded shank buttons and co-branded Levi’s x HUMAN MADE hangtags.

The Levi’s x HUMAN MADE 506 WWII Trucker is priced at $490 and Levi’s x HUMAN MANDE 1944 501 is priced at $295. Both are available exclusively on the Levi’s app.
