From Bentley’s coachmaking division comes the Bentley Mulliner Batur, an exclusive, customizable grand tourer that will make its debut this week at Monterey Car Week. Getting its name from Lake Batur in Indonesia, this swooping coupe will introduce Bentley’s all-new design language which aims to combine classic features with clean, modern reinterpretations that highlight contrast and definition. Once unveiled, look for the Batur’s design to inspire the upcoming range of Bentley Battery Electric Vehicles, launching in 2025.
The vehicle brings personalization options to clients through the ultimate co-creation process. Every surface and component can be customized with a wide range of colors and finish, from sustainable natural fiber composites to 3D printed 18K gold. It produces more power and torque as it is presented with Bentley’s iconic W12 engine, which is now entering its twilight years.
Bentley Mulliner Batur will be fully unveiled on Saturday, August 20th at 8pm PST.
