Amsterdam brands Daily Paper and Filling Pieces come together in a capsule collection that channels the 1920s La Sape movement’s fashion and local community influence.
The 18-piece complete ready-to-wear collab collection features a selection of co-branded apparel, footwear, and accessories, all inspired by Pan-Africanism. Some of the pieces include a collection print decorated premium wool blend varsity jacket, a lilac mesh top, custom gold detailed loafers, and monogram print limited edition Gali boots.
The joint project pays tribute to the inhabitants of Congo and the Republic of Congo with a color palette made up of light blue, lilac, rich green, classic black and white with a pop of yellow.
The capsule collection is available now through Daily Paper and Filling Pieces and in retail and flagship stores worldwide.
