Zodiac x Huckberry Left Hand Drive Super Sea Wolf GMT Pro-Diver Reimagines Timeless Watch for Lefties
Zodiac partnered with lifestyle retailer, Huckberry, to release a limited-edition Left Hand Drive Pro Diver GMT. Called ‘destro watches,’ from the Italian word for right, these watches were originally made specifically for left-handed people and designed to be worn on the right wrist to make it easier for left-handed people to wind their watches using their dominant hand, featuring a crown on the left side of the case.
The Zodiac x Huckberry Left Hand Drive Super Sea Wolf GMT Pro-Diver reimagines the ISO-certified Super Seawolf Pro-Diver and pairs it with a universal Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) tracker that allows users to tell the time in two places at once. The watch also gets a specialized helium gas escape valve feature that hearkens to the early days of underwater exploration, C3 SuperLuminova markers on indexes, hands, and bezel at 12 o’clock, 300m water resistance, and orange detailing on the GMT hand, water resistance rating on the dial, and the triangular zero marker as a nod to Huckberry’s signature color.
The 42mm Pro-Diver watch runs on the Soprod C125 automatic movement with a GMT module. The movement features 25 jewels, 42 hours of power reserve, a COSC certification, and an independently adjustable 24-hour GMT hand.
Only 282 examples of the Zodiac x Huckberry Super Sea Wolf GMT Pro-Diver are available from Zodiacwatches.com, retailing for $2,295 each.
