Colourful Rebel, the Amsterdam-based label known primarily for their womenswear line, just released the first drop of its Spring/Summer 2023 collection. The collection is a milestone not only because it features its first menswear line, but it also serves as an opportunity to use new techniques and looks.
The Colourful Rebel SS23 collection uses quality fabrics for modular oversized-fit pieces designed to be worn in any combination seamlessly. Crochet, satin, and heavyweight 400gsm cotton make an appearance on a selection of knitwear, layering pieces, hoodies, jackets, and accessories. A lighter palette defines the collection with primarily vibrant reds, blues, oranges, and whites, with black and neutrals taking a backseat.
Highlight pieces in the collection include the gray-blue patterned Asher Bomber, a Parker Shirt and Dex Chino combo, a gray-blue Luca Zip Shirt, and a burned orange Asher Bomber with a stylized C on the right breast and the ‘New Mindset’ design on the left, Blocks sweatshirts in orange and light kit, and Noah Padded Bodywarmers in blue and orange.
The Colourful Rebel SS23 first drop is available now from the Colourful Rebel website. Colourful Rebel will also be hosting a pop-up in Amsterdam’s De Pijp neighborhood from March 27th through April 9th to celebrate the SS23 collection release.
