Aimé Leon Dore and New Balance’s latest collab is a re-imagination of the 1906R in a new colorway expected to come out during Fall/Winter 2023. Teddy Santis, the creative director for both the New Balance’s Made in USA line and his own Aimé Leon Dore brand, is once again putting the retro-styled kicks back in the spotlight with the Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 1906R.
The Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 1906R sports a leather and mesh build in white, silver, and green hues. It features a mesh base in white, leather body and toe box overlays in silver and shades of green, heel cages in a rich pine green, the model’s signature N-Lock system, gold bordered ‘N’ logos on the sides, the floral graphic motif on the tongue, a dark gray and green sole unit, and co-branded ALD and NB tongue tags and insoles.
