Boston-based brand Bodega’s collaborative projects continue with its latest collaboration project with New Balance, the Bodega x New Balance 610 ‘The Trail Less Taken.’ The recently revived 610 shoes serve as a canvas to demonstrate a desire to go against the grain.
Taking inspiration from an NYC-based pigeon handler named Hubert, aka Live Action, the new Bodega x New Balance 610 sports a teal mesh body construction, synthetic panels, purple and red suede toe box eyelet accents, silver reflective ‘N’ branding, speed lace toggles, and grip-ready sole units. It comes in a colorway reminiscent of the pigeon’s iridescent colors of dark navy, teal, and light purple that Hubert takes care of.The Bodega x New Balance 610 ‘The Trail Less Taken’ will retail for $160, and will be available exclusively at Bodega on June 9th, with a later release on New Balance and select retailers afterward.
