Bulgari Octo Finissimo Tourbillon Marble | One-Of-A-Kind Masterpiece Heads to Only Watch

Bulgari just revealed its one-of-a-kind offering for Only Watch 2023, the Octo Finissimo Tourbillon Marble. The single example took 400 hours for both development and production and is covered with a Verdi Alpi marble and inspired by ancient Roman architecture.

The one-off 40mm Octo Finissimo Tourbillon Marble timepiece features a 110-facet DLC titanium case covered with a layer of 0.5mm of Verdi Alpi green marble, a0.6mm Verdi Alpi green marble covered dial, gold plated hands, and a DLC titanium bracelet with a top layer of 0.4mm of Verdi Alpi green marble on both the edges and the top of the link, clear sapphire caseback with the Only Watch indicia in gold. The watch comes in a custom box with a marble finish.

Powering the watch is the Caliber BVL 268, the world’s thinnest manual movement with a flying tourbillon and a special ball-bearing system. It features hours, minutes, and tourbillon functions, beats at 3Hz or 21,600 vibrations/hour, 253 components, 13 jewels, and a power reserve of 52 hours.

In addition to the watch, the successful purchaser also gets a one-night stay in Bulgari’s newest hotel in Roma as well as lunch or dinner with one person from Bulgari Horlogerie Top management and a visit to the Villa Albani Torlonia.
