Porsche 911 Singer ‘Highlands Commission’ Set To Be Auctioned At amfAR x RM Sotheby’s

The ‘Highlands Commission,’ a rare 1994 Porsche 911 restored by Singer, is set to be a highlight at an RM Sotheby’s auction. Completed in December 2021, this masterpiece showcases Singer’s renowned artistry and is a prime example of bespoke automotive engineering and design.

The restoration is one of approximately 450 Classic 964 chassis produced by Singer Vehicle Design. It is powered by a highly sought-after 4.0L flat-six engine that delivers 390 hp. The engine was assembled by Porsche Motorsport North America (PMNA) and was updated in June 2024 to include a carbon-ceramic brake upgrade, new cylinder heads, and subtle aesthetic enhancements. This upgrade added nearly $40,000 in refinements to an already extraordinary vehicle.

Outside, the vehicle sports a Rainette Green finish, including nickel-accented Fuchs/RSR wheels and Ohlins suspension. The interior features Vivaldi leather, woven inserts, track seats with piano-black backs, and Tivoli square-weave carpets. Personalized touches such as a Momo Prototipo steering wheel, a Deep Orange tachometer, and a Le Mans shift knob are also included.

This Highlands Commission is in pristine condition, with only 2,103 miles on the odometer. It offers collectors a rare chance to purchase a Classic-specification 964 model at the amfAR x RM Sotheby’s auction on November 22nd. Bidding is expected to reach up to $1,500,000.
