Grand Seiko prepares for spring with three stunning additions to its Heritage Collection. Inspired by cherry blossoms, the lineup features a ‘Sakura-Tukiyo’ model and two ‘Sakura-Kakushi’ dial variations.
The SBGH368 ‘Sakura-Kakushi’ in 18k rose gold with a 38 mm case size leads the collection. It features a soft pink dial that radiates warmth, capturing the essence of snow-covered cherry blossoms, known as sakura-kakushi. The dial is complemented by a brown leather strap, symbolizing the tree’s trunk. The Hi-Beat 9S85 movement at its heart ensures exceptional precision and offers a 55-hour power reserve.
The other two timepieces, the STGK031 ‘Sakura-Kakushi’ and the STGK033 ‘Sakura-Tukiyo,’ are smaller in size with their 30mm case diameter. Both feature a stainless steel build and a bezel-free design. Similar to the SBGH368, the dials of these two watches draw inspiration from different cherry blossom scenes.
STGK031’s dial is soft silvery pink, reflecting the frosted cherry blossoms of the Tohoku region during spring. At the same time, the STGK033 presents a champagne-gold dial, evoking the glow of cherry blossoms under a full moon. Both timepieces are powered by the 9S27 caliber, the brand’s smallest automatic movement.
All three watches will arrive at Grand Seiko Boutiques and select retail partners in April 2025. The SBGH368 is priced at $31,200, while the STGK031 and the STGK033 are priced at $6,400. For more information, visit the brand’s website.
