The official images of Rick Owens’s collaboration with RIMOWA have finally been released following a sneak peek at the designer’s FW25 Paris presentation. This collaboration between the two luxury brands features RIMOWA’s signature carry-on Cabin roller wrapped in a unique bronze patinated finish, channeling Owen’s raw, industrial style.
Each piece in the collection will be released with a unique patina, carefully developed through a manual pigment process. The finish will deepen with time, giving each carry-on a personalized character. The interior is lined with leather, a first for RIMOWA but entirely in line with Rick Owens’ material-focused approach.
The suitcase features custom nylon webbing with embossed RIMOWA x Rick Owens logos on the leather tabs. Each piece also comes with a hair-on cowskin tag.
The RIMOWA and Rick Owens’ Original Cabin Bronze suitcase will be available starting January 30th at Rick Owens’ boutiques and the RIMOWA website. Only 500 pieces will be released, each priced at $3525.
