Salehe Bembury reveals the third installment of his Crocs Pollex Clog line under the artist-led series known as ‘Art Friends Thumbs Up Good Job (AFTUGJ).’ The series is designed to bridge fine art and footwear and brings in renowned artists to create limited-edition designs.
Bembury previously collaborated with Futura and Jonas Wood, and this time around, he’s partnered with American painter Nina Chanel Abney. Known for her collaborations with Jordan Brand, including her custom Air Jordan 3’s, Abney brings her signature style to the Pollex Clog. The shoe features two distinct black and white checkerboard patterns, with the right showcasing stretched squares, while the left features a repeated face motif. A vibrant pop of pink accents the toe, rear, and ‘NCA’-branded strap.
The Nina Chanel Abney x Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Clog ‘Art Friends Thumbs Up Good Job’ is priced at $95. Limited to 1,000 pairs, it is exclusively available via BeASpunge.
