Zenith has released a new version of its Chronomaster Original Triple Calendar, featuring 18-carat rose gold and a striking black dial. This is the first time the model has been offered in rose gold, with previous versions only available in steel.
The new model draws inspiration from the legendary 1969 A386 timepiece while being updated for modern wearers. It features a refined color palette of rose gold with black and white accents. Classic elements are retained, including tapered lugs, a raised box sapphire crystal, and pump-style pushers.
The El Primero chronograph, with its three registers, is seamlessly integrated with the full calendar display and rose gold moon phase function. The moon phase display is incorporated into the 60-minute chronograph counter at 6 o’clock. Day and month indicators are placed symmetrically at 11 o’clock and 2 o’clock, with the date at 4:30. For enhanced visibility in low-light conditions, the rose gold-plated hands and hour markers are coated with SuperLuminova SLN C1.
The timepiece is powered by the new El Primero 3610 movement, which delivers a high frequency of 36,000 vibrations per hour and a 60-hour power reserve. The watch is completed with a black calfskin strap.
The rose gold Chronomaster Original Triple Calendar is available through the Zenith website and authorized retailers for $26,300.
