Soho House Announces New Locations And Major Updates For 2026

Soho House has shared its 2026 plans, centered on new openings and renovations across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, following its 30th anniversary and return to private ownership in a 2.7 billion USD deal.

In the U.S., New York will be a key focus. Soho House New York in the Meatpacking District will undergo a full renovation alongside updated member benefits. Moreover, a new flagship, Soho House Flatiron, will open as the brand’s fourth and largest location in the city and will include a Soho Health Club.

Construction will continue on Soho Farmhouse New York, with plans for dinners with guest chefs. Additionally, the Soho House Festival will make its debut in New York in October 2026.

Elsewhere in the U.S., Soho House Holloway in Los Angeles will be updated, while Soho House Los Cabos will open in Baja California, Mexico. Soho Beach House Miami is also scheduled for a full renovation.

Internationally, 2026 will mark the opening of Soho House’s 50th location with its debut in Japan. Soho House Tokyo will open in spring in Minami-Aoyama, spanning four floors with a rooftop pool, wellness studio, and 42 bedrooms. In the UK, Babington House will introduce The Lazy Wood, comprising new countryside cabins, while Soho House Manchester will open its rooftop pool mid-year.

Across Europe, new houses are planned for Madrid, Milan, and Lisbon, alongside a Soho Farmhouse in Tuscany. Beyond next year, further projects are planned in Palm Springs and Sonoma, as well as new locations in Sydney, Melbourne, Goa, and Delhi.

Soho House is also exploring AI, announcing plans to launch a digital concierge called Ask Vanessa within the Soho House app. For further details, visit the brand’s website.
