Mjolk Fall/Winter 2011 Lookbook

Mjolk Fall/Winter 2011 Lookbook Here we have a look at shots from Mjolk’s Fall 2011 lookbook. As you’ll see, the juices were flowing when these pieces were brought to life. Overcoats with front panels made from denim definitely get our attention but so do well-cut suiting from thick wools. For the winter, we’d have it no other way.

Mjolk Fall/Winter 2010 Collection

Danish label Mjolk drops some great looks from their F/W 2010 collection. The color palette for the lineup is derived from city neighborhood whose character and beauty stem from long-standing cycles of cultural death and rebirth. “The forgotten cobblestones of Brooklyn’s Vinegar Hill tell the haunted and invigorating stories of the neighbourhood’s past and present. Mjölk follows the lives of the world’s great poets who lived and worked there—Walt Whitman, Hart Crane, E.E. Cummings, William Carlos Williams—and re-imagines the beauty and tragedy of these artists’ lives.”

Mjolk Spring + Summer 2010

Mjolk’s S/S 2010 collection is a solid lineup of a wide range of amazingly designed pieces. Although the Australian brand’s moved to NYC, it still takes much influence from the Far East and it shows. The collection’s going to be worth the wait, as it presents a palette of colors and a timeless appeal.
