Benjamin Clymer and Eric Ripert Talk Watchmaking & Cooking
Hodinkee Executive Editor and good friend of PH, Ben Clymer, recently sat down with world renowned chef Eric Ripert to have a casual chat on watches and cooking. Though the two realms may seem quite different on the surface, they actually share many characteristics and Mr. Ripert outlines some of them in this video.
This was part of Vacheron Constantin’s celebration of Madison Avenue Watch Week back in April. When Eric isn’t leading the team of gifted cooks at his New York restaurant, Le Bernardin, he actually collects Vacherons.
