On Sunday, Mark McNairy presented his Spring/Summer 2012 collection for Woolrich Woolen Mills, his second for the label. The offerings were inspired by the 1960’s television show “The Rat Patrol” and Ernest Hemingway’s African safaris as the collection evokes the deserts and plains of Africa with khaki suiting, light weight fabrics and African print shirts, ties and scarves. Also added to the mix are new shoes and shirting silhouettes as well as the utilization of technical fabircs nylons and polyester.
