Digital cinema camera company RED has just unveiled the RAVEN 4k camera, which offers high-quality 4k recording at 120 fps and 2k recording at 240 fps, using an 8.8-MP RED DRAGON image sensor. It’s compact and light at only 3.5 pounds, perfect for drone use. Features include recording simultaneously at Apple ProRes and REDCODE RAW, a 16.5 stops dynamic range, an integrated Canon EF mount, dual channel stereo microphones, and a media bay for RED’s MINI-MAG SSD’s.
Retailing for $6,000 the RED RAVEN camera will start shipping on February 2016. Learn more here.
