Freemans Sporting Club Opens Second Tokyo Flagship

After the successful opening of their first flagship store in Aoyama, Tokyo, Freemans Sporting Club opens their second store in the Japanese capital’s Futako Tamagawa district. Seen as a welcome addition to a fast-rising neighborhood, the new Freemans Sporting Club shop is a three-story, 4,000-square foot free-standing building situated alongside other popular luxury retailers.

The new shop recreates the feel of New York City’s Lower East Side, and features all the sportswear brand’s fine collections. Each of the three floors has an interesting quirk to spice up the shopping experience: The first floor houses a Green Fingers (a Tokyo-based plant shop); the in-house tailor greets you at the second floor; and the third floor includes F.S.C.’s trademark barber shop, complete with a VIP room.
