adidas Originals by NEIGHBORHOOD FW18 Features Classic Reworks We Need

adidas and NEIGHBORHOOD are back with a new FW18 collaboration, this time tapping LA-based artist Cali Thornhill-DeWitt.

As is usual with these specific collaborations, there’s a distinctive Japanese take on all of the streetwear styles as well as many dusty and earthy tones from a military influence. DeWitt makes use of his preferred Old English font – the same one he popularized for Kanye West’s The Life of Pablo merch – as well as a “target” graphic that invokes “Mod” culture on many of the designs. In addition to typical clothing items like jackets, hoodies, and ringer tees, there are updated takes on three footwear styles too: Stan Smith, Kamanda, and I-5923. Signature graphics, detailing, retro styling, and recognizable branding all define the materials in the collection and offer a fresh, elevated take on classic street- and sportswear essentials.
