We’ve got a few looks at Christian Peau’s Autumn/Winter 2011 offerings. The Japanese designer launched the label back in 2002 and after traveling all over the world for two years. He decided to settle down in Kobe, where the Western and Japanese cultures are mixed and many skilled leather craftsmen live. The collection’s inspired by classic arts and cinema and looks to express a nostalgic feel. Some of the fine pieces include wool jackets, vests, and coats in charcoal grey or dark brown. There’s a plethora of fabrics in play as well including wool, linen, cotton and cashmere.
Some of the pieces from Christian Peau’s Fall 2011 collection can be found at LN-CC.
